Person(s)
  • 450 g
    Cream cheese
  • 1 cup
    Sour cream
  • 1 cup
    Mayonnaise
  • 2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
    Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6
    Jalapeño
  • 6
    Bacon
  • 2
    Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup
    Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp
    Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp
    Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
  • Prepare the dip mixture

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1½ cups of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly combined.

  • Assemble the dip

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the top. In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter, stirring until the crumbs are evenly coated, then sprinkle the mixture over the cheese layer.

  • Bake until hot and bubbly

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbling around the edges, and golden brown on top. Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish and serve

Sprinkle the dip with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted bread, pretzels, or fresh vegetables for dipping. Enjoy while the cheese is melted and creamy.
