Ingredients
1
Person(s)
  • 30 g
    Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Shots
    Espresso
  • 1 cup
    Milk
  • 1 cup
    Ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp
    Maple Syrup or Honey
Directions
  • Brew the Coffee

Brew two shots of espresso and let them cool for a few minutes. Slightly cooled espresso helps prevent the ice from melting too quickly and creates a smoother shake.

  • Add the Ingredients

Add the cooled espresso, protein powder, milk, vanilla extract, sweetener (if using), and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.

  • Blend Until Smooth

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and frothy. If you'd like a thicker shake, add a few more ice cubes. For a thinner consistency, blend in a splash of additional milk.

  • Serve

Pour the shake into a chilled glass. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if desired and enjoy immediately while cold and frothy.
