- Prepare the Oven and Meat Mixture
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and smoked paprika. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Shape the Meatloaf
Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the baking sheet. Press gently to create an even thickness so it cooks evenly from end to end.
- Make and Add the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard until smooth. Spread about half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Finish Baking
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top. Return it to the oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Rest and Serve
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices redistribute and keeps every slice tender. Serve warm with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side dishes.
