Ingredients
2
Person(s)
  • 1 cup
    Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp
    Chia seeds
  • 1½ cup
    Milk
  • 1/4 cup
    Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp
    Maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    Ground Cinnamon
Directions
  • Combine the Oat Mixture

In a medium bowl or two glass jars, add rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  • Add Peanut Butter

Add peanut butter to the oat mixture and stir until it is mostly incorporated. For a swirl effect, you can leave small pockets of peanut butter throughout the oats instead of mixing completely.

  • Chill Overnight

Cover the jars or bowl and place them in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. During this time, the oats absorb the milk and the chia seeds create a naturally thick, creamy texture.

  • Serve and Add Toppings

Remove the oats from the refrigerator and stir well before serving. Add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, extra peanut butter, or chocolate chips. Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
