    Cooked brown or white rice
  • 15 ounce
    Can black beans
  • 1 cup
    Corn Kernels
  • 1 laarge
    Avocado
  • 1 cup
    Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup
    Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Directions
  • Season the Chicken

    In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add the sliced chicken and toss until evenly coated. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

  • Cook the Chicken

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • Prepare the Bowl Ingredients

    Warm the cooked rice, black beans, and corn separately if needed. Dice the avocado, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the cilantro

  • Assemble the Burrito Bowls

    Divide the rice evenly among four meal prep containers or serving bowls. Top each with grilled chicken, black beans, corn, avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro. Add your favorite toppings, squeeze fresh lime juice over each bowl, and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
