Ingredients
4
Person(s)
  • 1 pound
    Fresh green beans
  • 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 2
    Cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup
    Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    Salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    Red pepper flakes
Directions
  • Prepare the Green Beans

Wash and trim the ends from the fresh green beans. Pat them dry completely using a kitchen towel to help them become extra crispy in the air fryer. Place the green beans in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Add Seasonings

Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to the green beans. Toss everything together until the beans are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.

  • Air Fry the Green Beans

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Arrange the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. The green beans should become tender with crispy, lightly browned edges.

  • Add Parmesan and Serve

Transfer the cooked green beans to a serving bowl. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top while the beans are still warm so it melts slightly. Serve immediately as a flavorful vegetable side dish.
