Ingredients
1
Person(s)
  • 2 shorts
    Espresso
  • 1 cup
    Unsweetened oat milk
  • 2 tbsp
    Vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup
    Ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp
    Vanilla Extract
Directions
  • Brew the Espresso

Prepare two shots of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker. Allow the espresso to cool for 2–3 minutes so it doesn't melt the ice too quickly.

  • Fill the Glass

Fill a tall serving glass with ice cubes until nearly full.

  • Add the Ingredients

Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice, then add the oat milk. Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the milk to create beautiful layers.

  • Stir and Serve

Stir everything together until fully combined. Taste and add more vanilla syrup if you'd like a sweeter latte. Serve immediately while cold.
