Ingredients
4
Person(s)
  • 1½ pound
    Skinless salmon fillet
  • 3 tbsp
    Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp
    Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup
    Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp
    Sriracha
  • 1 tsp
    Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    Honey
  • 1 tsp
    Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp
    Chopped green onions
Directions
  • Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place the salmon cubes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil. Add cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until every piece of salmon is evenly coated.

  • Air Fry the Salmon Bites

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. The salmon should be golden and crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside.

  • Make the Spicy Mayo Sauce

While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.

  • Serve and Garnish

Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and let them rest for 1–2 minutes. Serve warm with spicy mayo on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for extra flavor and freshness.
