Ingredients
6
Person(s)
  • 10 ounces
    Sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cup
    Cooked pulled pork
  • 2 cup
  • 1 cup
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1
    Fresh jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup
    Diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup
    Sliced black olives
  • 2 tbsp
    Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Directions
  • Prepare the Oven

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet or oven-safe skillet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  • Build the Nachos

Spread half of the tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, pulled pork, jalapeño slices, and red onion. Repeat with the remaining chips, cheese, pork, and toppings to create two flavorful layers.

  • Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling around the edges. Keep an eye on the nachos to prevent the chips from over-browning.

  • Finish and Serve

Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Add sour cream, salsa, guacamole, diced avocado, or any of your favorite toppings. Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges for the best flavor.
