Ingredients
4
Person(s)
  • 8 ounces
    Rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup
    Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper
Directions
  • Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well and let the pasta cool for 3–5 minutes to remove excess moisture.

  • Season the Pasta

Transfer the cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every piece of pasta is evenly coated.

  • Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy. Depending on your air fryer size, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.

  • Serve

Transfer the crispy pasta chips to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately with warm marinara, ranch, garlic aioli, or your favorite dipping sauce.
