    Dill pickle chips
  • 1/2 cup
    All-purpose flour
  • 2 large
    Eggs
  • 1 tbsp
    Water
  • 1 cup
    Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup
    Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    Dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup
    Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp
    Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    Dried dill
Directions
  • Prep the Pickles & Breading Station

Place the pickle chips on paper towels and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
Set up three bowls: flour in one, whisked eggs + water in another, and panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dill, and black pepper in the third.

  • Coat the Pickles

Lightly coat each pickle chip in flour, then dip into the egg mixture.
Press into the seasoned breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Place coated pickles on a plate while you finish the rest.

  • Air Fry Until Crispy

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray basket with cooking spray and arrange pickle chips in a single layer.
Spray tops lightly and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Prepare Sauce & Serve

Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Let pickle chips rest for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness, then serve warm with dipping sauce.
